Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the beautiful Cumberland Gap and enjoyed some great hiking. The place was clean, and the breakfast spread was impressive! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice spot for groups.
The only downside was the noise from the room above us. A kid was bouncing around, and it made it tough to relax. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The breakfast offerings were impressive, featuring a variety of items, including eggs and biscuits, which were refreshing. The room was clean and well-kept, making for a pleasant environment. However, the noise from the family above was disruptive, especially during early morning hours, affecting our rest. Additional seating in the dining area would be a great improvement since the existing arrangements were awkward for meals in the room. Despite these concerns, the staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing the experience.

The stay was mostly enjoyable, especially because the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, making it easy to rest after a long day exploring nearby attractions like Cumberland Gap. However, the coffee quality in the room could be improved. a little Keurig would make a big difference!

The room was clean and had a nice modern design. The beds were super comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. I liked that I could use the fan for white noise too. The hotel is up on a hill, which was nice for being away from the busy road, but it did have a bit of a smell which wasn't ideal. Still, overall, it was a good stay.
